After working for la Banque Postale, Société Générale and a subsidiary of Aviva France, Bastien joined the firm in 2008. He holds a DESUP in Corporate Real Estate from the University of Paris I.

After three years’ training at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Paris, Jeanne obtained a Master’s degree in Marketing, followed by a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Real Estate at the Sorbonne. She joined the firm in 2010.

Graduating with a Master’s degree in Property Valuation from the Ecole Supérieure de l’Immobilier (ESI, a school dependent on the FNAIM and the University of Perpignan Via Domitia), Romain joined the Colomer Expertises team in November 2017, after an initial work-study experience in rental management with the Foncia network.

After completing her post-graduate studies in Italy, Serena successively held various positions in companies specializing in marketing, real estate appraisal and real estate investment consulting, including the Anglo-Saxon firm The Retail Consulting Group (formerly Matthews & Goodman, then partners of CB Richard Ellis). She specializes in the valuation of leasehold rights and goodwill for retail chains in the form of portfolios, in mainland France.

After a Master’s degree in Finance from La Sorbonne and a DESS CAAE (Certificat d’Aptitude à l’Administration des Entreprises) from IAE Aix en Provence, Flore spent ten years working in the luxury goods sector. In 2011, she obtained a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Law from Assas University (Paris II). She joined the firm in 2012.

Salvatore holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), as well as a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in Management Information Systems, and joined our firm in 2022. After a career in the bond sector of capital markets banking, he held a number of positions within a property development company, including responsibility for real estate development.

Richard Guibert is an agricultural land expert accredited by the Conseil National de l’Expertise Foncière Agricole et Forestière. He holds a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat and a Master 2 in land development from IHEDREA, and worked for several years in the notary’s office before turning to land appraisal.

A graduate of the Institut des Hautes Études de Droit Rural et d’Économie Agricole (IHEDREA) in Paris with a Master 2 in Land Development and Territorial Planning and a Master BBA Agri Agro Manager, Louis joined the firm at the beginning of 2023. Louis specializes in land and agricultural appraisals.
